Getting panic attacks well before attending a test session or attending an interview is very much a common problem. Sadly such panic attacks may limit your capacity to act in an interview. When you are in a process of preparing for a test or examination, your nerves may have a major cause on test results. Here is a great contradiction in terms. If you do not show any anxiety in these situations you can fail the examination as somebody who is suffering from excessive nerve.
What we are talking about is that we might have what is called a performance anxiety. We are concerned about our performance and thus such a feeling of concern can have a negative effect. A bit of performance anxiety can take effect when you are getting ready for a good performance. A bit has the outcome of setting up, sharpening the reflexes, and focus your mind on the job.
The symptoms are that your mouth is getting dry, your heart rate quickens and the blood is diverted from internal organs of the skeletal muscles. In addition to these changes, the eyes dilate to admit more light so you can see well. All this is because your performance anxiety has triggered the making of various chemicals in the bloodstream.
